RECAP!
Ok, so it's already really Day 15 for me, so that means I need to recap the last few days.
Monday was Day 13. Woot woot!
Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs
banana
(not enough veggies)
Lunch:
Pork tenderloin
Asparagus
Dinner:
Chicken n' dumplings (without the dumplings)
Veggies included tons of carrots, celery, and onions
Yum! It's my favorite comfort food.
