Trying to keep chugging away, but I'm getting less and less creative with my meals/flavors.
Had a lot to do today, went to a baby shower, came home starving and tired, so the nap won over (first nap I've taken in 20 days), and woke up starving, to go to the grocery store. Picked up some necessities, but no bacon (boo!) so I substituted it for some pancetta. I'm thinking of wrapping pear slices with it. Fancy!
Breakfast:
Frittata with spinach and applegate sausage
Lunch:
Um.......
Dinner:
Turkey burger patty
Sweet potato fries
Yeah, no wonder why I needed a nap midday.
