Whole30: Day 27

I had a horrible case of the Mondays... I was sleepy and took a while to wake myself up.  It was a quick food day, nothing really hard to prepare.  I'm getting pretty tired of cooking for myself, although I'm still pleased with the results I see in my body and in my energy levels and my mood.

I feel like I'm probably eating too many bananas (I'm used to having a clementine after breakfast, but I haven't been able to find them at the store, so it's been bananas for us).

Breakfast:
Nuked eggs
Banana

Lunch:
Stuffed bell pepper
Raw carrots
An apple

Dinner:
Chicken breast
Steamed veggies
